Container Homes Explained...

CONTAINER STRUCTURES EXPLAINED

About
Shipping Container Structures are a versatile, durable and eco-friendly platform to build from. These structures provide all of the same features as a standard stick built or block built home - the biggest difference is that it is built within the perameters of the container structure, which saves valuable time, resources and costs.

OUR CONTAINER DESIGNATIONS

Expand each category for details

Container home (modular)
This is our most popular option. Built from a single-use container. We often see these placed in driveways, backyards, used on remote properties and built to a specific set of Building Code Rules. We build all of our Container Homes to IBC / ANSI & NOAH Tiny Home Standards.
Container home (permanent)
the term "container home" is commonly referred to as a home built by using 'multiple' repurposed shipping containers. Often mistaken as a cheap alternative to typical home structures, container homes are often more expensive due to the costs associated with delivery, placement and modifications required to meet local zoning and building codes.
Sheds, Accessory, and Portable Buildings
Our container structures meet all of these designations. A basic structure without plumbing passes for any of these designations. Easily delivered on a flat bed trailer or truck, they are portable and modular. Ground leveling is all that's required to meet your local zoning. (some areas may require that the exterior have siding to match your home).
REVIEW

I LOVE WORKING WITH CONTAINER HOME PRO!

Container Home Pro helped me navigate my local zoning and obtained all the permitting so that I could place an ADU in my backyard. It was a simple and straight forward process.

Working with the "Pro's" made all the difference!
